What is a credit?

Every time you generate a poem, it uses one credit. If you regenerate a poem, it also uses one credit.

Can I use PoemGenerator.com for free?

If you sign up to PoemGenerator.com, you'll get 10 credits for free in your first month. You can use these free credits to generate generic poems, but not specific poems like a sonnet.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still be able to use your credits until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll need to resubscribe if you want any more credits.

Can I get a refund?

We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, after which you won't be charged again.

What are advanced options?

Advanced options are coming soon as part of the Professional and Expert plans. They will include options like the length, rhyming scheme and tone of the poem.
